I experienced very underwhelming customer service. Booked a test drive via @nissanuk website on Monday, followed up telephone conversation with salesman Adam on Tuesday, turned up on time for appt on Friday on tight schedule to find they pushed aside my test drive slot for another customer. For me they broke cardinal rule : didn't treat customer with respect. If that's how Poles worth Garage treat customers at very initial buying stage, goodness, what is their after care like. Best avoid Polestar the and use any other Nissan dealer imo.
